WHAT IS THE FAS?

The FAS is an entity with 13 years of existence, which articulates the individual efforts of its members for the benefit of the social and economic development of Samaná.

It's INSTITUTIONAL MISSION: to redesign and promote, in the province of Samaná, the circular economy with an emphasis on the tourism sector, social regeneration and the restoration of terrestrial and coastal-marine ecosystems.

During the last few years, the FAS has been working on its institutional strengthening with the intention of being part of the solution to the social and environmental challenges that affect the province. He has developed various projects focused on the rescue of ecosystems, remediation of impacts and environmental education, especially in the youngest groups of the population.
